  • Yacht Charter Services: Brokerage and advisory services for luxury yacht charters, subject to separate Charter Agreements (including MYBA or equivalent contracts) governing payment terms, APA, VAT, cancellation policies and operational conditions.

  • Yacht Management: Professional yacht management services, including technical oversight, crew management, regulatory compliance, insurance coordination and financial administration, subject to dedicated Management Agreements.

  • Additional Advisory Services: Consultancy related to yacht acquisition, construction projects, refits, sales representation and administrative support.

L’Echo Nautique acts solely as broker and intermediary, unless expressly stated otherwise, and is not a contracting party to charter, sale or management agreements between clients and third parties.

3. Website Use and User Obligations
