Kismet was filmed in St Barth during the New Year’s Eve superyacht celebrations, capturing one of the most iconic private yachts in the world in Gustavia Bay.

Who owns yacht Kismet?

KISMET is one of the most technically advanced private yachts currently in operation. Delivered in 2024 by Lürssen, with a lenght of 122 metres and 4,918 gross tons, she sits in the very top tier of global yachting, alongside a handful of ultra-large flagships built for long-range autonomy, large-scale entertaining and permanent life at sea.

KISMET is owned by Shahid Khan, founder and CEO of Flex-N-Gate and owner of the Jacksonville Jaguars (NFL) and Fulham FC (Premier League). She is the successor to his former 95-metre Kismet (now GLOBAL) and represents a major step forward in scale, volume and onboard capability.

KISMET is built on a full displacement steel hull with an aluminium superstructure and a tri-deck+ configuration. With a beam of 17.8 metres and a draft of 4.8 metres, she offers exceptional internal volume for a yacht of her length.

Her naval architecture and exterior lines were developed by Nuvolari Lenard, with interiors by Reymond Langton Design.

Spread across six decks, KISMET is organised as a vertical private estate rather than a conventional yacht layout. Guest circulation, crew operations, technical zones and service areas are designed for long-term residence and high-intensity use.

The Master Suite alone spans two full decks and functions as a private residence on board.

It includes:

  • a full-beam master stateroom with skylight and fireplace
  • his and hers bathrooms and dressing rooms
  • a private forward Jacuzzi and sunbathing terrace
  • a private internal staircase leading to a panoramic owner’s office with dedicated pantry

This is not a stateroom.
It is an apartment at sea.

KISMET accommodates 12 guests in 7 permanent cabins, with two additional convertible cabins allowing a total of 18 persons on board when required.

Guest accommodation is distributed across six decks and designed for extended stays rather than short cruises. Cabins can be configured in double or twin layouts depending on guest profile.

A professional crew of 37 operates her worldwide, including spa, diving and aviation staff.

Designers conceived KISMET as a floating resort.

She features:

  • three pools, including a pool deck swimming pool with waterfall and swim-up bar
  • multiple Jacuzzis across the decks
  • a full wellness complex accessed via the futuristic “Tron corridor”
  • spa with hammam, sauna and cryotherapy chamber
  • full gym with opening balconies
  • yoga and Pilates studio with juice bar
  • multiple treatment rooms
  • two dedicated hair & beauty salons

This is a complete wellness centre at sea.

Entertainment aboard KISMET is designed for large-scale private use.

Facilities include:

  • outdoor cinema on the bridge deck
  • Nemo cinema with underwater viewing lounge and 150-inch screen
  • DJ station suspended over the bridge deck
  • Boganyi grand piano on the upper deck
  • four interior bars including a champagne bar and wine cellar

For large events, KISMET can host up to 350 guests quayside, a capability rarely seen even among yachts of this size.

KISMET’s culinary programme covers everything from formal dining to outdoor lifestyle cooking.

On board you will find:

  • teppanyaki cooking station on the pool deck
  • BBQ and outdoor kitchen with pizza oven
  • champagne bar and wine cellar
  • multiple interior and exterior dining areas

Dining capacity reaches up to 24 guests on the upper deck, 18 on the main deck and 14 on both the top and pool decks.

KISMET is built for global cruising.

She carries a fleet of four tenders, including a limousine tender and large expedition tenders, as well as a full dive centre with divemasters onboard.

Her certified helipad is capable of operating an H155 helicopter, enabling direct and discreet arrival and departure.

With stabilisers at anchor and underway, Starlink connectivity, full watermaker redundancy and transoceanic capability, she is engineered for permanent worldwide operation.

KISMET is not a leisure yacht.
She is a floating private estate.

She is designed for:

  • long-range autonomy
  • high-intensity guest operations
  • large-scale entertaining
  • permanent global cruising

She belongs to the sovereign class of ultra-large private yachts.

At 122 metres and nearly 5,000 gross tons, KISMET represents the current pinnacle of private yacht engineering and design.

She is not defined by image.
She is defined by capability.
